Welcome to Ski Bees! We're excited to announce that Ski Bees is now the proud home of the Love to Ski Club membership and Ski Bees would like to thank Julie Hola for entrusting us with the heart and soul of Love to Ski, the members.  As a part of this exciting new chapter, we want to extend a warm invitation to all Love to Ski Club members to join Ski Bees. Membership

Trips:

Sun Peaks and Val Gardena, Italy   

We are thrilled to announce that we have added a limited number of flight seats and rooms available for our trips to Sun Peaks and Val Gardena, Italy. These spots will initially be reserved for members from Love to Ski, and if any remain, they will be released to all Ski Bees on November 1st.

When you sign up for this trip, please note that you may find the trips waitlisted. We encourage you to continue with your registration and submit your application. Detailed descriptions and pricing can be found on the Members Only pages, which will be accessible once your membership and waiver have been completed.

When we launched these trips in September, we had an incredible response—62 people signed up in just 10 minutes, and it was waitlisted the same day! Be sure to act quickly and secure your spot, as these additional rooms we have reserved for Love to Ski on the Italy trip are limited, the hotel is now filled.

Wednesday Ski Lessons: You will have the opportunity to stay in your same ski classes or blend in with the Ski Bees. "Form Your Own" on the lesson form there is space to list the people you have been skiing with and your preferred ski pro, we will make every attempt to continue your group. Ski Bees traditionally hires to be the top Snow School on the escarpment and we pride our selves on quality learning. The lesson program is on Wednesdays with the exception of the group who skis with Tannis Toohey on Thursdays, for this class please choose Wednesday lessons -  "Form Your Own" and write in Thursday with Tannis.

Wednesday Bussing: The plan is to start at the Bayview & Shepherd location, Unionville, and head up the 400.  This will be fine tuned depending on registration.

Wednesday and Thursday: We have currently booked six Wednesdays, a make up week, and  three Thursdays. We will be in touch with the clubs to extend our dates to include six Thursdays with a make up week. They will appear on the website calendar as they are booked.  You do not need to commit to a single weekday, we offer flexibility to ski on the day that suits you. Our big day is the Wednesdays with lessons, bussing, and Après Ski. Thursdays are quieter and are all about skiing and relaxing.

Membership: Early pricing has now ended, however we would like to extend it exclusively for Love to Ski members to join Ski Bees. Currently the pricing is $199.  Using the coupon code THINK-SNOW  at checkout your membership will be $175. In future seasons you will be able to access the early pricing as part of your membership. Once your waiver has been signed and membership has been approved, you can then register for lessons, bussing and trips. Members only pages will then populate your website screen view the next time you log in on a computer. Trip details are on members only pages.

Socials: There are 4 socials planned for November so you can meet us in-person, get reacquainted with ski friends and have a nice evening out. We do these at Pubs where you can grab a bite to eat and join the lively chatter, guests are welcomed. These are listed as events on the app, website calendar and home page. This years socials will be in Markham, Orillia, Collingwood, and Fergus. 

Technology: Ski Bees website is a membership data base designed to efficiently care for a membership. It's a good reference for joining, dates, FAQ's, members perks, and events. We also use Wild Apricot Members App for RSVP's to events such as Pub Nights and Ski Day Trips. You can also purchase your lift ticket on the way to the clubs on the app if you wish. Lift tickets can also be purchased  with cash/tap/card at the members desk when you arrive. While many love technology, some members still have flip phones, not to worry, a quick text/email/phone and we will get you looked after. Full instructions will be sent with your membership confirmation.

Member Perks: 

• Exclusive registration to the March western Canada trip which launches November 1st at noon.
• Sporting Life - exclusive discounts when you log into your Sporting Life web account that are automatically applied at check out or in store at the cash.  Note that this can take up to a month to become active once you join, check your Sporting Life log in for the Ski Bees discounts before shopping. 
• Ski Canada Magazine, opt in under events and this seasons Ski Canada hard copy will be delivered to your door. The subscription list is updated once a month.
• Après Ski with live music most Wednesdays
• IKON group pricing in the spring (private clubs do not accept IKON)
