General Policy Statement

The Code of Conduct policy details the standards that govern the way Ski Bees Members, Guests and Ski Instructors will interact with each other and the public.

By participating in any Ski Bees activity or any undertaking which can be reasonably related to a relationship established between or among Members, Guests and Ski Instructors of Ski Bees, Members, Guests and Ski Instructor agree to be bound by The Code of Conduct and any other rules pertaining to that specific activity.  

Members shall be specifically responsible for the actions of their Guests. Members may face all sanctions for the actions of their Guests.

Definitions

“Ski Bees” means Ski Bees Inc.

“Member” means any current/past Ski Bees Member.

“Guest” means any person participating in a Ski Bees activity who is not a Member, but invited to participate at the request of a Member.

“Ski Instructor” means any person providing ski instruction to Ski Bees Members or Guests on behalf of Ski Bees.

The Following Code of Conduct applies to all Ski Bees Members, Guests and Ski Instructor.

• Abide by and uphold this Code of Conduct Policy, the Anti-Harassment Policy, the Diversity-Equity and Inclusion Policy and the Privacy Policy

• Treat Ski Bees Members, Guests, Ski Instructors and venue staff and other patrons fairly, equally and with respect and courtesy

• Behave responsibly and conduct themselves in a manner which will not damage the reputation of Ski Bees, its Members, Guests or Ski Instructors

• Obey all local laws and regulations

• Abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code

• Do not post commercial offers or promotions on Ski Bees social media sites. 

• Members can help prevent concussions by correctly wearing the proper ski equipment, including a helmet, and by developing skills and strength so that they can participate to the best of their ability

• • If suffering from the signs and symptoms of a concussion Members, Guests and Ski Instructors will remove themselves from skiing 

  • Members, Guests, Ski Instructors will also recognize signs and symptoms of a concussion in others and recommend they remove themselves from skiing and be assessed by a qualified medical professional 

Policy Enforcement

Code of Conduct/Policy violations will be addressed by Ski Bees Management.
